Peter Scontrino, Ph.D., StrategicPay® Series Performance Management Toolkit Author
Peter is a graduate of Seattle University and Michigan State University and holds a Ph.D. degree in industrial-organizational (I/O) psychology.  He is a licensed psychologist in the State of Washington.  He served on the faculties of the University of Washington and Seattle University prior to forming Scontrino-Powell in 1975.  He is a widely-recognized expert in the application of the principles of I/O psychology to people and organizations.  Dr. Scontrino has assisted his clients in projects ranging in scope from organization development to employee selection and performance management systems, to productivity incentive plans to employee involvement systems to management development programs to organization-wide change efforts.  He has published a number of articles, written a chapter on employee involvement, and has previously co-authored a text on performance management and appraisal.

 

C. Patrick Fleenor, Ph.D., StrategicPay® Series Performance Management Toolkit Author

Patrick is Professor Emeritus of Management and International Business at the Albers School of Business and Economics, Seattle University.  He holds graduate degrees from the University of Washington.  He is a co-author of eight textbooks, including a book on performance management, and the author of numerous articles in management practitioner and academic journals.  Dr. Fleenor has served as a consultant, lecturer and visiting professor in more than twenty countries in Europe and Asia.  He has served as a Senior Fulbright Fellow, and presently has personal business interests in Vietnam.  He is also working with consulting group Pacific Northwest Advisors (PNWA), as Director, Southeast Asia – US Business Advisory Services.  PNWA collaborates on projects with consultants and consulting firms around the world.
