Jennifer Cashio, CEP, lead author, StrategicPay® Series Long-Term Incentives Toolkit for Pre-IPO Companies

Jennifer Cashio, CEP, is a seasoned stock administrator specializing in stock option plan design, executive compensation programs and administration of the broad-based stock option plans and programs for domestic and international employees.  She has significant experience in managing stock option programs for private companies and in publicly-traded organizations, including the design and administration of all forms of equity compensation and the administration of employee stock purchase plans.  Mrs. Cashio has managed the stock administration program at E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corporation and was one of the original employees in the Outsourcing department of the Corporate Services Group.  Prior to working for E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corporation, she was an equity compensation specialist and paralegal at DLA Piper Gray Cary.  Currently she is working for a Silicon Valley technology company, is secretary of the NASPP Sacramento Chapter and has been involved in the Certified Equity Institute (CEPI).  She maintains the Certified Equity Professional designation (CEP) from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University.

 


Karen Crandall, CCP - author, StrategicPay® Series Long-term Incentives Toolkit
Karen Crandall is a seasoned compensation leader specializing in long-term incentive design, executive compensation and broad-based compensation plans and programs.  She has significant experience in managing executive and broad-based compensation programs, especially in publicly-traded organizations, including the design and administration of long-term incentive programs, non-qualified executive retirement programs, perquisites and cash compensation programs.  Ms. Crandall has held management roles at Cellular One, AT&T Wireless, and Washington Mutual Corporation.  She maintains the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork and is pursuing her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from Santa Clara University.  She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Francisco.
