Randy Maharaj is a seasoned Human Resources leader specializing in compensation, benefits and human resource information systems (HRIS). He has a deep understanding in the design, development and delivery of compensation and benefits programs with an appreciation of total employee rewards in both US and global markets. His effective systemic thinking, processes, and analytical skills coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the employee life-cycle, have been instrumental in driving innovative processes to assist organizations in evolving their reward practices. Maharaj brings over 10 years of experience in the Human Resource field and has worked in senior roles at Coca-Cola, AT&T, Amazon.com and most recently at Washington Mutual Corporation. Prior to working in Human Resources, he worked in a variety of business strategy and sales roles at BP (British Petroleum). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Durban-Westville - South Africa.
