She has expertise in compensation, benefits, human resource systems and project management. Her design, development and implementation of various HR initiatives has allowed alignment with key business strategies while maintaining employee engagement. Vyshali brings 20 years of Rewards experience, most recently in leadership roles at T-Mobile USA and American Express Company. Vyshali received an MBA from NYU-Stern School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College
