Licensing the StrategicPay™ Series

The StrategicPay® Series toolkits will be licensed to a limited number of highly-qualified independent compensation consultants (consulting firm size of 10 or less) to re-sell and and support the one or more of the Series modules (toolkits).

Contact us for more information on the "no out of pocket cost" license offer to the initial licensees of the Series.

Licensing the StrategicPay Series toolkits offers many benefits:

  • The opportunity to use the toolkits as an alternative product/service offering to potential clients who are unable or unwilling to pay the cost of hiring your firm to do most or all of the work in developing compensation programs for their organization.
  • Expand your service and product offerings, and offer potential clients another way to do business with your firm and use your services.
  • Licensed consultants will make a profit on each sale of the toolkits they are licensed to sell, plus have the opportunity to offer limited consulting time to support the sale and help customers to successfully build and implement their programs.

Licensees must be fully-qualified compensation practitioners/consultants.  The minimum requirements are as follows:

  • 10 years of compensation-related experience, and at least some consulting experience.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or compensation certification (CCP or GRP); both are strongly preferred.
  • Provide proof of qualifications.

Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee automatic acceptance as a licensee, since the Series is committed to allowing only the fully-qualified consultants to represent the Series' products (as determined by the Series developers and authors).

All licensees will be required to participate in an orientation session for each toolkit licensed, sign a license agreement before the sale and use of the series products is allowed.
