This program will provide an update on current market trends, including merit increase budgets, salary structure movement, etc., and instruction on salary planning, budgeting and merit plan design. Participants will walk away with a good picture of the current market conditions and several ideas for merit plan design, as well as the tools and templates to develop, model and implement in their companies. The cost includes a continental breakfast and parking validation, as well as a 20% discount on the purchase of the Base Pay Toolkit.
