The StrategicPay® Series was created for HR, compensation and business professionals that want to have technically sound and professional compensation programs, but who can't (or don't want to) afford the high cost of hiring outside compensation consultants.  It's also designed to help business, HR and compensation professionals to learn and grow professionally in strategic areas of compensation planning and program development.

The StrategicPay® Series is a series of hands-on "do it yourself" ("DIY") toolkits designed to help HR and compensation professionals to do work that is typically hired out to  compensation consultants, such as developing or re-developing your base pay compensation program from scratch, or linking strategic business goals to new performance management programs, or developing variable incentive pay programs. Each toolkit contains dozens of pre-built download-able and modifiable soft-copy templates, such a pre-built salary structures (with formulas, for easy modification), training programs, policy guides, etc. to help you get up to speed fast, and with little or no outside third-party assistance needed.

And, to get 2010 started off right, we have temporarily lowered our pricing on the Base Pay Toolkit from $1,500 to $999 for for a limited period, to celebrate the first revision of the toolkit (copyright 2010!) and to get ready for the release of the upcoming Performance Management Toolkit, in the third quarter of 2010.  The modifiable soft-copy templates in the Base Pay Toolkit alone are worth several thousands of dollars alone, if you hired someone to develop them (or figured the value of your own time to develop them).

Each toolkit in the StrategicPay® Series takes a major compensation practice area and provides the user with step-by-step technical guidance on the development of key strategic compensation programs. The StrategicPay® Series toolkits are written by highly-experienced compensation experts, and provide the DIY instruction, tools, templates and other assistance that generally would require a highly-experienced compensation manager on staff and/or the hiring of outside third-party consultant, at a cost many times greater than the StrategicPay® Series toolkits.

Toolkit licensees will have the option of purchasing small blocks of compensation consultant time to help guide them through the "minefield" of developing your organization's compensation programs on your own.  The consulting time is purely optional though, as the series modules are designed to provide the user with everything they need to DIY (except for pay data, where the needs vary considerably by organization).
